  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
  • 8 sprigs fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup tequila
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
