- ✓ 2 apples (such as Gala or Pink Lady), diced
- ✓ 1 cup dried cranberries
- ✓ ½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend (such as Trader Joe's® 4-Cheese Romano Blend)
- ✓ ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ✓ ¼ cup chia seeds
- ✓ ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ✓ ¼ cup flax seeds
- ✓ 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- ✓ 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, or to taste
