- ✓ 3 tablespoons annatto paste (achiote)
- ✓ 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- ✓ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ✓ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ✓ ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ✓ 1 dried chipotle chile pepper
