  • 3 dried red chile peppers
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  • 2 sprigs fresh curry leaves
  • 5 green chile peppers, halved lengthwise
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups cold, cooked basmati rice
