  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh onion
  • 1 pinch ground white pepper

  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
