- ✓ 6 green onions, diced
- ✓ 1 stalk celery, chopped
- ✓ 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard, or more to taste
- ✓ ⅓ teaspoon chili powder
- ✓ ⅓ teaspoon garlic powder
- ✓ 1 dash balsamic vinegar
