  • 2 goat horn peppers, or other hot green chiles, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 4 Italian-style hoagie buns, split lengthwise
