- ✓ 2 cups chopped fresh parsley
- ✓ 1 cup chopped baby spinach
- ✓ 1 tomato, diced
- ✓ ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- ✓ 1 small onion, finely diced
- ✓ 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓ 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ✓ ¼ cup olive oil
- ✓ 1 lemon, juiced
- ✓ 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
- ✓ freshly ground black pepper to taste
