  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 pound ripe tomatoes, diced and drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil, divided
  • 1 cup shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided
