- ✓ 3 hearts of romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- ✓ 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- ✓ 4 green onions, chopped
- ✓ ¼ cup olive oil
- ✓ ¼ cup lemon juice
- ✓ 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓ ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ✓ ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
