- ✓ 2 large red bell peppers - seeded, cored, and chopped
- ✓ 2 bulbs fennel, trimmed and chopped
- ✓ 2 bunches kale, leaves stripped from stems and torn into pieces
- ✓ ¼ lemon, juiced, or to taste
