- ✓ ¼ cup corn kernels
- ✓ 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ✓ ½ cup plain yogurt
- ✓ 3 tablespoons tahini
- ✓ 1 lemon, juiced
- ✓ 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
- ✓ 1 teaspoon hot Madras curry powder
