Ingredients
- ✓ ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®)
- ✓ ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ✓ ½ cup water
- ✓ ½ cup nonfat powdered milk
- ✓ 1 banana, cut in chunks
- ✓ ¼ cup blueberries, or to taste
- ✓ ¼ cup raspberries, or to taste
- ✓ ¼ cup blackberries, or to taste
- ✓ 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- ✓ 1 cup crushed ice
- ✓ 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw®)
- ✓ 1 tablespoon honey
