- ✓ 6 large green bell peppers, halved and seeded
- ✓ 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- ✓ 1 onion, diced
- ✓ 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- ✓ 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓ 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ✓ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ✓ 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ✓ salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ✓ 2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
