- ✓ 2 medium onions, chopped
- ✓ 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
- ✓ 1 ½ medium red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- ✓ ⅔ pound ground beef
- ✓ 1 teaspoon salt
- ✓ ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ✓ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ✓ 1 teaspoon paprika
- ✓ 3 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
