- ✓ 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- ✓ 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ✓ 1 large cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- ✓ 1 red onion, sliced
- ✓ 1 cup black olives
- ✓ ½ pound feta cheese, crumbled
